My experience-Question about Botox for folks with central sensitization

Hey everyone, I am moving toward trying to get my insurance to approve Botox and I have chosen it over topamax and Ajovy due to the side effect profiles (I really don't need more brain fog and fatigue and Ajovy may still be on the table if this fails), but my specialist said some people with CNS sensitivity do feel flu-like afterwards, and I was wondering for those who've experienced it, how long does it last, dtoes it happen every treatment or did your body just become ok with it? I'm still going to give it a try if approved but I was just curious about others'experience.

Thanks in advance
