My experience-Head zappies
I’ve been getting these electric shock kind of zaps lately. It’s not always accompanied by a headache or a migraine, but I think it gets worse if my head is propped up strangely or my neck is sore. It’s always right behind or in front of my ears. Sometimes it’ll send a chill down my arm whichever side it’s coming from. It only lasts a second but damn is it painful. I’ve been looking into occipital neuralgia, and thinking it may be it, since I have nerve damage. It kind of scared me the first few times I got it, I thought I was having a stroke or something. Anyone else get these? Do they come out of no where for you too?
