My experience-Face pain/pressure

Hi!

Just wanted to ask if face pain/headaches that I've been experiencing lately sound like anything migraine-related to you.

For the past year I've been getting a lot of pressure in the face/nose/forehead area. Some days it's barely there, some days it turns into a heavy headache. It feels like my nose and the space between the eyes are made of concrete and I can trigger the pain/pulling sensation in the bridge of the nose by moving my head around or tilting it backwards. Occasionally I get a lovely addition of nerve-like pain in the area or jaw pain.

I have long thought that this is a sinus issue but the ent (and the CT scan) says it's not. Any ideas what the cause might be or what could help? I don't think it's any jaw related issue since it's not the primary pain site nor do I think it's anything super serious since I've had this for a long time now and otherwise I'm completely fine. Could it be migraine? Neck problem? Anything else?

Thanks! J :)
