My experience-Anyone ever get a "buzzing" feeling in their head?

So I'm a regular migraine sufferer. I get one about once every two months now but it used to be more.

Anyways, I'm super used to all the weird aura junk and can catch a migraine almost a week early sometimes. Usually I stop being able to spell or speak properly and then slowly find it harder to read and focus for a few days before the proper aura (blindness and tingling) set in with pain.

This time I noticed that hardness of speaking but mild. Im also a heavy weed user so I figured it was that since it was so mild. But now I have this weird pressure and buzzing feeling inside the left side of my head. Maybe a very very dull ache every now and then but basically no pain. However this buzzing feels like what you hear when you yawn, like muscle tension. My muscles don't feel tense but I can feel this pressure and vibration and it's driving me nuts. I'm assuming it's just migraine stuff but has anybody else felt this?

I thought it was dehydration and blood pressure, or alcohol. Its been here two days. I even did a hard workout today and it didn't help or make it worse. Just seems like a weird migraine if that's what it is!
