My experience-Nortriptyline experiences?

I’ve been on gabapentin and Qulipta for a few years now (Gabapentin for like 3 years, Qulipta since it came on the market.) Unfortunately, my migraines are getting worse instead of better, and I need to switch things up. My neurologist, recommended nortriptyline but I was scared off of it from reading some of the side effects online. I had a really bad reaction with anxiety after taking a new medication a few years ago, so I’m really wary of switching things up now. However, I’m miserable.

Does anyone have any experience with nortriptalyne they could share?

Note: my neurologist also said that actually gabapentin is known for bad side effects, so my idea is to wean off the gabapentin and take the nortriptyline in its place.
