A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. Anyone else get laughing/coughing headaches? I’m not talking about feeling pain because you laughed so much you cried.

The best way to describe it is getting a “brain freeze” after eating something too cold. Usually it lasts a few seconds and then goes away. It’s also a sign that I shouldn’t laugh anymore that day, otherwise it’ll get a lot worse, last longer, and won’t go away after a while.

I’m just..so tired of not being able to have fun. I chuckle and my brain hates it. I can’t joke around with people. Pretty sure it’s half the reason for my resting jerk face and why I come off as unapproachable.

I brought it up to my doctor a few years back, and that was the only time I had an MRI, but it was only to make sure I wasn’t having a stroke. Once everything came back clear, I was again written off as someone who was overreacting.
