I’ve been getting once a month Emgality injections for about 5-6 months now. (I get the 3-syringe dose each month for cluster headaches.) I’ve found a lot of relief with this medication.

On my very first dose, I had intense body/joint pain for about 3 days. This is the only real reaction I’ve had that I notice. Now I’m just sleepy for the rest of the day after I’ve had my shots (I’m curled up in bed right now lol).

Have they worked for you guys, too? Do any of you have reactions to it?

I’ve gone from have 3-5 headache days a week and living in absolute misery for years to maybe 3-4 headaches a month.
