My experience-How do you deal with bright light?

Bright lights trigger my migraine. It really began to affect my job. The lights in the office are always on and really bright. I can’t wear sunglasses when I talk to the customers so the lights always hurt my eyes and often give me an attack. Also other situations, like playing video games in the dark with my friends triggers a migraine, walking outside on a cloudy day where sun is shining though triggers it, neon lights in the dark trigger it, street lights while I drive my car etc. I feel like there is an abundance of everyday situations with bright lights that I have to deal with. I can’t continue like that because it makes me isolate myself and perform poorly at my job. I haven’t found a solution that works for me yet. Does anyone have a suggestion for me?
