My experience-Annoying sharp pains above the right eye for a year

So I've been having those weird sharp pains above my right eye since Dec 2021. They usually come in episodes if they're long, but sometimes just out of the blue. The pains are always of the same kind and always in the same or approximate spot. Sometimes they come in on sudden and quickly go away. It's not that it hurts too much but definently feels unplesant. I had also been having pressure around both eyes a week ago, but it's gone now. I've practically have never had any side symptoms besides the pressure and blurred vision. I believe the blurred vision is due to my stress because I don't experience it often but can't say for sure. I consulted my doctor and had an MRI which came back normal but found "mild mucosal thickening in the right sphenoid sinus." According to my doctor, I probably have cluster headaches. Does anyone have this or know what that might be? Just wondering.
