My experience-10 day long mild migraine

It's been around 10 days since I've had no relief from a migraine. I'm accustomed to long lasting migraines but it hasn't happened like that in a while. It's totally stress related here.

I've tried ketoprofen, lamaline, sumatriptan, aspirin, tylenol, advil, excedrin and benadryl, nothing.

I'm functional at work but barely at home, any idea for relief? It's not severe enough to go to urgent care and I absolutely cannot miss any work (that would only cause more stress).

I want to add that I am at risk for low kidney function, the doctor said I could still take NSAID with parsimony. I am trying my very best but ketoprofen is probably the only thing that allows me to work, it gives me a couple hours of relief. But I'm only 30 and I don't want to mess up my kidneys anymore than they already are.

Edit: I can't take kratom or thc.
