My experience-Episodic migraine but “chronic” non-headache symptoms?

Just wondering if others have non-headache symptoms that feel unending? I have been diagnosed with episodic migraine - I have 20+ headache days a month, with a headache most or all of the day, but not all months have over 8 days of true migraine-profile headaches, so I wasn’t diagnosed with chronic migraine. Every day I experience non-headache migraine symptoms, or maybe pro/postdrome symptoms? The symptoms are so consistent day-to-day that prior to keeping a migraine log and seeing a neurologist, I assumed I was experiencing some kind of (other) illness. I have other chronic conditions, so I saw my endocrinologist, my GI doctor, my GP, and had full bloodwork and evaluations done, but nothing turned up. I have a brain MRI tomorrow, but am assuming it will be normal. The primary symptoms I am experiencing are feelings of weakness/heaviness in my arms (particularly when I reach above my head), breathlessness/pounding heart with mild exertion, physical and mental fatigue, brain fog, temperature regulation issues (freezing cold most of the time and instantly overwhelmingly hot with any light activity), night sweats, complete loss of appetite/early satiety with unintended weight loss, and overall malaise. This has been going on for months now, but before that I had none of these symptoms. The migraine headaches (with the typical one-sided pain with nausea, light/noise sensitivity, etc.) started a couple years ago during pregnancy, but these other symptoms only started noticeably bothering me maybe 6 months ago or so, pretty abruptly. I am wondering whether others deal with constant symptoms outside of headache days? They don’t seem to vary much day-by-day, but are most significant on really bad headache days/the days after. My only theory is because I have a headache most days, these are postdrome symptoms that just overlap with the next headache day, and they end up feel unending? In general, I feel like the extraneous symptoms have more of an impact on my life than the actual headaches do - most headache days are like a 3/10, with much more severe days spattered throughout, but I feel ill everyday. Anyone else’s migraine pattern look like this?
