My experience-Dull Headache That Keeps Moving For Days

Hi, so I've had a headache on the top of my head that's rather dull but every few hours I get a slightly sharp pain in a straight line around the left side where most of these pains keep happening. I'm on day 3 now and its the first time I've dealt with a constant dull pain that just won't go away.

I stood up and bent over to let some pressure build in my head and it got worse in my head and a bit in my nose. If anyone has any advice on what's going on then it would be appreciated.
