My experience-3 Day Migraine & Pregnant

Hey fellow sufferers, desperate mum to be here. I have had this constant migraine for 3 days straight now. My go to pain relief is usually 2 Sumatriptans 2 ibuprofen and a mcdonalds, something about that combo works for me 9/10. Yes it may come back but I usually get SOME relief.

Obviously being pregnant I can not take ibuprofen, naproxen or sumatriptan and I am really struggling.

I have been sick 5 times today, im certain its the migraine as I have had zero sickness until this point. The dr told me he can’t recommend anything but paracetamol, we all know that does next to nothing and there is only so long I can sleep in 3 days!

Has anyone got any alternative ways for even a little relief, all I’ve done is get myself upset and worked up as I truly don’t know how to cope with this pain and no medication for 7 more months.
