My experience-Osteopath for cervicogenic headaches?
Hi I've had what are presumably cervicogenic headaches for almost 2 years now, I don't even know it's like I've lived in a haze. They are everyday 24/7. They're not as bad as they used to be, I go to the gym and exercise my neck everyday. I have really bad mental issues too. I don't really know what is wrong with me, no one really cares or can fix it. I don't have a lot of money and oesteopath appointments are £60-80 for each visit. Would it be worth going? I've been to a chiropractor in the past once or twice and they popped my neck, I'm worried that might have done more damage or something.
Would SSRI antidepressant work if I'm still in pain all the time from the headaches?
