My experience-New job advice and migraine

Hi, was inspired by the previous post to reach out for some support. I haven’t been able to work due to migraines and ptsd for the past 3 years. Prior to that I managed but not without a lot of difficulty. I still haven’t found a cure for my daily chronic migraines but have got to a point where either I have to give up on my current life and move back to my parents house (from Spain to England), or start working again and somehow hope to deal with the pain, as I’m not entitled to unemployment benefits or disability benefits in Spain. It’s a catch 22 because being at my parents house triggers migraines big time, but working as a waitress is even more stressful. I don’t want to leave my life in Spain but worried about how I’ll cope in this job..guess I could look for another less stressful job. Does anyone have any ideas on types of jobs that aren’t too much pressure/stressful? Sounds silly but I have been stressing out about it so much because I know if I tell my employer about my migraines, he probably won’t hire me. I thought I could ask for less hours but also I feel he might not accept it..It’s so hard to know what to do in this situation..many years ago I used to be able to work a full time job, and had a job I actually liked, but now it feels so scary and I don’t feel capable of doing many hours, and even worse when you are trying to survive doing something you don’t want to do.
