Hi all,

Been a massive migraine sufferer all my life, and am now on 40mg of Amitriptyline a night to help hold off the attacks.

This is mostly working, apart from weekends, Saturday mornings I wake up with brain fog, and get worse and worse all day until about 9pm in the evening.

I don’t suppose anybody has any tips to help prevent them? I’ve tried regulating sleep, cutting down on caffeine, increasing the water I drink and nothing helps.

Being bed bound every Saturday is getting exhausting, is impacting my mental health and all I can find online is “be less stressed in the week” any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m honestly sick of suffering.
