My experience-Is it my fault?

Hi everyone, I’ve have chronic migraines since I was 14 and I was wondering did I give myself this awful disease. I’m 17 now. I’m taking Botox, verapamil, and aimvoig. For context my dad states that I gave myself chronic migraines because as a kid I didn’t like eating, I wouldn’t drink water, and I stayed up all night on my phone barely sleeping at times. I obtained migraines when I was in freshman year of Highschool and this time period was very stressful for me due to the fact that me and my mother moved into an apartment were our upstairs neigbors were so noisy I could barely sleep at night and I had to wake up at 5am to catch the bus. I plan on taking a genetic testing to figure out if it was really my fault because if it is………….anyway should I take the test? What would you do if you were me. Also my dad is super supportive of me and my migraines( he takes me to appointment, the er, and listen to me cry when needed) but he said this that really hurts and I want to figure out the truth. Also I think I might need to add that if It is my fault I may have to off myself for ruining my life ( a joke).😅
