My experience-Has anyone tried Botox for chronic migraines/TMJ?
I’m at my wits’ end. Correction - I’ve been here for the last 4 years. I’ve tried everything under the sun for my migraines over the last four years, and whatever I use either doesn’t work or stops working within a few months. I finally started recording each and every day that I have I migraines, and realized that I have them more than 50% of the time. I’ve had to go on short term disability, quit jobs, and have fallen behind in academic programs because of them and I just can’t take it anymore. Sorry for the venting.
I’ve heard over the years that Botox is some times used for chronic migraine sufferers, but just never really looked into it until recently. Has anyone had any luck with it for the treatment of chronic migraines/TMJ?
