My experience-Migraines are keeping me from living a successful life.

I'm a 27 year old female and I get migraines and have anxiety. My migraines are being treated now with Botox and nurtec but I still have a few days out of a month where I can't get out of bed or do anything productive. I've had a few jobs already but I never stayed for longer than one month. My bosses never seemed to understand the severity of the pain I was in. I was fired a few times because of how often I had to call out. Now I have a lot of anxiety going back to work. I've been working at my family's business for about 3 years now. But the store isn't doing well and I'm worried I'll have to find a new job soon and get new insurance that probably won't cover my medical bills. I'm really at a loss on what I should look for, job wise. Maybe I should volunteer at a place to see if I can handle something like that again? Has anyone had a similar experience? And what jobs do you do? Looking for advice.
