I don't know how to deal with all this. I've been missing too many days at work because of migraines, so now I'm almost definitely losing my job next week. I don't know how I'm going to feed myself or pay my bills now.

I have the option to move back in with my parents, but I'd probably have to give away my cat and my mental health would definitely decline from being around them all the time. I don't want to do it, but it's an option.

I'm scared and I don't know what to do. Any advice is helpful.
