My experience-Silent migraine

I have been having silent migraine for 5 days now. Due to Aimovig the pain does not becomes as strong. But i still have the Aura. Slurred speech, numbness in face, stutterring, brain fog etc. etc. Slight pain but that is not the main problem.

I have been using Imitrex injections and it does not seem to stop it, only make it less before it flares up again. So do i just wait it out ?
