26M here. Migraines started when I was 22 and were daily for 1 month exactly. Right side of the head pain, typical migraine pain, no aura. Migraines disappeared for exactly 4 years and came back for 1 month exactly, again. It’s been 2 months since they ended so I’m hoping I should be good for another 3-4 years. Abortives don’t work with my migraines, not even triptans. Going in for a CT scan soon to find out how to possibly prevent them in the future.

Does anyone have any experience with this migraine pattern ? Doctor thinks it must be something hereditary.
