My experience-Just found this sub, looking for advice

I’m a 32yo female, been experiencing migraines since high school. Sometimes they are monthly, sometimes not so predictable. But they usually suddenly come on at 3am-ish, and can last for three days. Insane fatigue, brain fog, throbbing pain at the brow line that is worsened by movement, light, and sound. Nausea and vomiting too. How can I start finding my triggers? It feels so overwhelming.
