My experience-It’s Migraine season for me

I’ve been having migraines for about 8 years now. They’re not constant or even regular (until now).

When I was younger (15-17) I would have an attack usually once a week. I would get an Aura (seeing blurry Zig-Zag lines) and then the headache would kick in and stay for 1-2 days.

I moved out of my parents place once I turned 18. I didn’t have a single migraine in a month, but as soon as I came to visit for a weekend, I had my usual Attack. No real point to this part but I just wanted t I mention it, since I found it weird.

So a couple years go by with 2-3 attacks a year. So quite relaxing honestly!

Now to the actual story and question.

Last year around November, I started getting migraines 2-3 times a month. This went on until February/March this year. I was clear of migraines the entire year until two weeks ago. I’ve had three attacks since then.

And now I’m wondering whether this is a seasonal thing and if any of you have had similar experiences. Any tips on how to avoid this?
