My experience-Chronic forehead pressure and pain for 11 months

Hi everyone.

I've been dealing with this problem for going on about a year, It started out pretty minor and i was able to just ignore it but it's continued to get worse and worse and i don't know how much more i can take.

For the past 11 months or so i've had constant pressure throughout my head, feeling like a band or some sort or a knuckle is constantly pressed against my head. It's right above my eyebrows (On the right end of my left eyebrow and vice versa.) and continues down to the area right above my nose. I also tend to feel it at the top of my forehead as a line and i have similar pressure on the sides of my temple towards the front. It gets worse when i lie down or look up with my eyes it gets worse. Like i said the pressure has gotten worse and it feels like its pushing against my skull. It's so nauseating and has gotten unbearable and it pounds constantly. I don't know if it's related but with the pressure there's also a lot of brain fog and general disorientation/nausea. Even though the pressure is only on my head i can feel it in my throat as well. I did an MRI and they found nothing and i've also been tested for sleep apnea. I also have migraine pain on the top and back of my head. I've been on several medications (none of which work) and the pressure is literally there 100% of the time, not a moment during the day does it go away. Does anybody have any ideas at all? i'd be happy to answer more questions but im at my wit's end here and it's making my life miserable.

Edit: i forgot to mention but it also seems to get worse when i have my teeth together? or at least the nausea gets worse anyways. I also constantly have a pulse on my temple (or at least, most of the time.
