My experience-Tips for dealing with pain at work

So I’ve been in a state of chronic migraine for most of this year. At this point, my doctor advised that none of the medications are working due to overuse and I can only take triptans 2x/week at most and no butalbital/other rescue meds. She prescribed celebrex to take 2x/day for 3 weeks while I “detox” but spoiler alert…it’s not helping (like most meds).

I’m just going to have to tough these migraines out. Any tips other than hot/cold packs, wrapping a scarf around my head? Getting in a tub helps me when all else fails but I’ll need to work through these so if there’s anything I’m not thinking of that’s practical, please let me know what works for you. Thanks!
