A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. Had a headache for the last few days and today it became a full blown migraine. So I took a Sumatriptan and stayed in bed. I am on 100 mg of Topamax. It's been working well. But I have been on my period and my period has been a trigger in the past.

What should I do if the Topamax doesn't work? I haven't been on it for long. I am on it mainly for chronic headaches.

This is mainly a rant.
