Do you guys have pains that migrate from one side to the other, or down under the scapula then moved up and over the head then down the other scapula over a couple of days? Maybe that’s not actually a migraine, but Tylenol does nothing so it’s not a physical/muscle thing. Eff me, that was a brutal couple of days. Mostly gone, but I feel the remnants through my back and neck.
