My experience-Imitrex and cannabis no longer working. Advise please

Over a decade ago I was on quite a fair bit of preventative and treatment medication for my migraines. And then I found cannabis and felt like my life had been healed. My migraines would cause extreme vomiting and at time seizures so all of a sudden feeling “cured” was huge. I’m on the tail end of battling a 4 day migraine (finally at the shakey, cold and euphoric but raw stage) It seems they’re back. Over the last 6 months I’ve noticed I went from refilling my imitrex prescription once or twice a year to back at once a month. I have an appointment on Tuesday to approach a new treatment. What should I be looking for now? I see medication has come a long way since I was last in this position.

Thanks in advance 🙏
