I get vestibular migraines and they are awfull, nothing really touches them , no medication. I did use propanolol and that worked for a few months but it stopped working

I just started taking cbd oil capsules

Does anyone take them and how long did it take to notice a change

My headaches/migranes are very dull ache, I already suffer from mild tinnitus due to a inner ear infection a few years ago but when I have I migraine I can hear it in my head Which isn’t nice lol.

Mri was clear.
