My experience-Acute attack, need reassurance

Hey guys. So, I have a migraine for about 7h now. I‘m very lucky to have pretty bearable attacks. Painful, but I can function somehow (at least at home).

The problem is that I‘m also an extreme emetophobe, which means I get panic attacks if I feel nauseous. Yeah, well, I guess we all know that nausea is a big part of migraines. Tbh the panic is most of the time more terrible than the headache.

How many of you actually have to throw up during a migraine? I googled how much of my anti-sickness medicine I can take and read that 80% of migraine sufferers feel nauseous and throw up during an attack. This high number threw me completely off.

To read a few comments from people who never throw up and/or get barely nauseous would be very helpful right now.

I wish you all a pain-free day!
