My experience-I’m lost and need help/advice

Im 23 years old, and was first diagnosed with migraines in the 2nd grade. I also have 8+ concussions at least. I’ve been through it all, medicine, Botox, therapy, and most recently a spinal tap.

I live everyday in so much pain and misery, and after a spinal tap my life got a whole lot worse. On top of all my issues I now the spinal tap made things worse. I have a sharp pain in my back and the back of legs are numb and shoots down pain. MRI came back pretty much clean. I have never been given an answer or been helped. Just made worse.

I don’t know how to support myself anymore and my parents are sick and don’t have money to help me out much either.

I’m just so lost and scared, while being in so much pain. All I can think about is ending it but I still want to have a life and be successful. I just really don’t know if it’s possible anymore.
