My experience-post Covid migraine

Hi folks, I've had migraines for about as long as I can remember but this recent one has been a battle. I got covid a month or so ago, and although I've now tested negative and all of my symptoms are gone, I have had the longest running migraine I've ever had. It just won't stop. And it doesn't respond to meds like my normal ones. Is this common? what can I do besides flood my liver with ibuprofen and acetaminophen? Any tips are greatly appreciated.
