My experience-Increasing migraines, dont know the cause.

I get migraines with aura, and ive had them under control for a long time now. Id maybe get 2 migraines a year with aura, just this week alone I've had 4. Maybe ya'll can help me figure out the trigger. They started in june and have only seemed to increase since then. IN April i had covid, pretty mild case, but of course i had a shitty headache for a day. Went to the dr for a physical, my ferritin is low so ive increased my iron intake to 36mg with vitamin c. After beginning the iron ive had some menstrual irregularities with spotting in between my period, along with some other hormonal symptoms like trouble sleeping. The hormonal symptoms have seemed to chill out now, but migraines havent. What do ya'll think? Im stressing myself out trying to figure out the cause and how to fix it
