My experience-Constant Tension/TMJ headache for months. Anyone experience this or have advice?

In January this year I had constant headaches for about a month and a half which came to an end when I had an extremely bad migraine (stroke like symptoms: nausea, vomiting, slurred speech, lack of motor function, tingling — went to ER).

After that the headaches went away completely until the middle of May (~3 months).

Since may I have had a constant tension headache every single day unless I am sleeping or exercising (I’d say the pain ranges from 1-4 out of 10 generally). Most of my pain is on both temples and around the head, as well as occasionally in my jaw and around my eyes. I also have a very stiff neck and shoulders.

I have been to an ENT, neurologist, and dentist. I got a CT scan that came back fully normal, and got my wisdom teeth removed which changed nothing.

Some things that I think help: - a bite guard for the night (dentist said no signs of grinding but I think I clench) - exercising: I am a college athlete and lift/train often, when I do the headache is basically completely gone during, but there has been no change to my exercise schedule - muscle relaxants help a bit when taken before bed, I’d wake up without a headache but it would come back - stretching my neck/back/jaw and using a heat pack or sauna - massage therapy (tried 1 time)

Has anyone experienced something like this? I appreciate all advice and guidance!!
