My experience-Head pressure

So basically I've had migraines for a couple years now. Started out very manageable with over the counter meds and have progressively gotten worse. Over the last 3-4 months my headaches have been constant and when I say constant I mean they never go away with any kind of over the counter medication or prescription medication. Recently I've been getting this terrible pressure in my head along with this pins and needles feeling in my face and pain in my ear and balance issues . I've had a couple CT scans over the last couple years but everything has been normal. Does anyone have else experience these types of sensations with their migraines and what helps?
