My experience-Are anyone's Migraines similar to mine??

Hiyoo,

Does anybody experience this horrible disease like I do? I'm dx'd with chronic migraine + vestibular migraine and have symptoms 24/7 rather than episodic more severe attacks. Sometimes it feels like I don't have the same disease you guys do and wanted to see if anyone can relate to me.

Pain isn't even my biggest symptom. My most disabling aspects are the other neurological stuff. I have chronic lightheadedness, dizziness, and almost a swaying or pulling sensation in my brain. Head and eye movements make it worse. Even motion on TV is tough. It's not external vertigo like I see motion, rather I feel a bit like I AM in motion even when not. It makes focusing hard and comes along with brain fog. It's severity waxes and wanes but it is ALWAYS there.

I have constant light and sound sensitivity, visual snow, and depersonalization. Life feels like a big scary dream to me where there is no such thing as relief.

I do get pain, it's usually one sided but only ever lasts for a few hours. There's also tension headaches thrown in there for good measure. It all blends together though and I haven't had a single symptom free day in years. It's exhausting :(

Hoping I'm not alone. I've had multiple MRI's, 3 neuros, 1 ENT and countless PCP's. All of them say the same thing: migraine
