My experience-was supposed to be going to my first pride parade, instead had the worst migraine of my life

I’ve had migraines since 2015 but haven’t had one in a while. While I was driving, I thought it was weird I could see two stars in the bottom right on my vision. Kept driving, got my rainbow tutu and stuff. And then boom. Migraine. Looking back, of course I was getting an aura, but I didn’t think to take my medicine. I then proceeded to have by far the worst migraine of my life (I usually get them on my right side, this one was on my left. I think the pain being on the other side contributed a lot to the horrible-ness of it all. Calling my neuro on Monday to report a change in my headaches!). I’m just super bummed because now I still feel horrible, although much of the pain is gone. And I was so looking forward to my first pride and finally being out, etc. I just wanted to rant to people who understood. If you read this far, hope your day is going well!
