My experience-Post Migraine long lasting visual impairment
I have been experiencing migraines with aura for the past 3 years. Average 1 every 3 months. This year I had very few only 2 in a year. However, my last one was horrible. I experienced two auras in a matter of 2 hours and then the worst headache of my life. The headache lasted 3 days and subsided. Unfortunately my vision has never really gotten better. I’m constantly stuck in a pre-aura faze, visual snow, photophobia, black splotches for 3 weeks now. I’ve seen doctors and waiting for a MRI. Has anyone experienced something similar? If so how long did the vision impairment last?
