Does anyone else have the feeling of painless pressure in their ears or face as part of a migraine aura? I was sitting in my car and got the feeling of intense(but painless) pressure in both ears. My hearing was even affected for a second, and I felt as if I may pass out. Its a new feeling and something felt off. 45 min later my migraine started.
