My experience-Left confused after a hospital visit, possibly a silent migraine?

Before you read I just want to say that I am not looking for a diagnosis, but rather if anyone can relate to this experience and that I will be following up very soon with my primary care provider and psychiatrist. Thanks for any insight you can provide :)

Edit: Forgot to mention that I do not have any history of migraines that I am aware of besides having small headaches rarely that make my eye twitch.

Hello! Yesterday I had experienced something that had never happened to me before. I had been taking a road trip with my wife to go visit family when suddenly I noticed that the left half of my face started tingling slightly and then also moved to my left arm. Initially from random internet knowledge I’ve learned we immediately started heading to the nearest emergency hospital fearing that I had started to have a stroke.

Being in the middle of nowhere we were about 45 minutes from the nearest location, and about 10 minutes in the tingling had fully enveloped my head and started to spread the rest of my body from my head to toe on both the left and right side, intense tingling that I would akin to the numbness of laying on your hand for too long, but without the actually numbness. I had started to feel weak but not “tired”, my vision was slightly vibrating, very disoriented, heart rate spiked up to 115-120bpm according to my smart watch (could have also been a combination of my anxiety of the situation and Ritalin medication), and my speech was slurring. But zero pain, no head ache or anything.

This had passed after 15 minutes and then a second wave hit me just as intensely and had passed shortly after arriving at the hospital with only one less intense wave of it following after in the emergency room. I had a cat scan, blood, urine, and ekg test performed. The doctors had found nothing wrong by the conclusion of those few tests besides my very high heart rate and blood pressure. They do not believe it was a stroke due to it being a full body experience and my young age of 24. Obviously they were not comfortable diagnosing me without finding discernible evidence, and advised me to follow up with my pcp. Sorry for the wall of text, but I’m curious if anyone can relate an experience to this?
