My experience-Triggered! Had to walk (stumble) out of the new Dr Strange Movie. What movies have triggered you.

Couple of days ago my teen daughter (also a migrainer) and I had to stop watching the new Dr Strange movie and leave the cinema - about 40 mins into it.

Yes there were warnings at the start for photosensitive people.

Didn't think it would be that bad tbh. The sound was incredibly loud as well and very high pitched effects, the sound was totally stabbing our brains. We tried blocking our ears but it wasn't enough because the photosensitive stuff was insane.

She said she was worried to start with because the first Dr Strange movie triggered her in parts - she says it's the magic effects. Most other Marvel movies have been tolerable with only small parts of flashy stuff.

We were headachy, shaky, buzzy and nauseated. It took a few hours to calm down.

So question:

What have been your worst triggering movies?
