My experience-Migraine ongoing for five days, maybe due to poor sleep quality? Will it go away on its own without meds?

So a few days before my aura migraine started I was having trouble sleeping and I kept waking up like every four hours. This has happened to me before where I get into these episodes where I can’t sleep well and I have trouble falling back to sleep after I keep waking up. I also think I have undiagnosed sleep apnea so idk if this may be contributing to me waking up every time. Anyway, after a few days of this happening, I woke up with a really bad headache and I didn’t think much of it, I thought it was simply because I wasn’t sleeping well and that it would go away in a while. So I didn’t treat it at all and then I realized it was a migraine and i let four more days go by and now I’m on day five of this migraine and I never treated it because I thought it would go away on its own and that it was due to my sleep issues. I’ve had migraines before and they’ve usually gone away on their own so I thought this would be another one of those but i can’t remember if they’ve lasted this long. I hate taking medication as I’m prone to side effects so I resorted to waiting it out. The whole time that I’ve had this migraine I have been having insomnia and I still have not been able to sleep throughout the whole night without waking up and having trouble falling back asleep. Paired with what i think is sleep apnea, I feel like this may be the reason my migraine has not improved since my sleep has not improved either. Has anyone else had migraines triggered by poor sleep and did they resolve on their own and if so in how long? Is having migraines for more than three days and waiting it out without medication actually dangerous if I’m not vomiting? I spoke to a doctor already and I found it weird that she prescribed me celebrex. On top of that I clearly told her I already had stomach issues and she swore up and down that this wasn’t a nsaid and that it wouldn’t irritate my stomach. Has anyone else been prescribed celebrex for a migraine? Or has anyone with stomach issues like gastritis for that matter been prescribed celebrex and what was your experience? She also prescribed me imitrex since I practically begged for a triptan instead of celebrex, but she said it was preferable that i take celebrex since triptans are more next level. Has anyone taken it and what was your experience with it? I’m very prone to side effects so I’m scared to even take any of these, especially celebrex considering I have gastritis. Also has anyone ridden out a migraine without meds without complications and how long did it take for it to go away? How can you tell a migraine is going away or do you just wake up one day and the pain is gone?
