i’ve had migraines for over a decade but i had a really bad one yesterday that almost ended up with me in the ER. the migraine is gone but i am having really bad disassociation and i’m kinda convinced i’m dead. i’m worried because i just feel so weird. any advice would be helpful. sorry if i’m not making sense.
