My experience-I hate to be a gatekeeper, but…

Does anyone else ever get irked by people claiming to have a migraine? There is of course all sorts of degrees and all sorts of head pain and I don’t want to say all of it is completely inconsequential. I guess is just got really bad migraines growing up and when someone else says “I’m having a migraine right now” I’m like going up to their SO or ordering them an Uber because I would have extreme light sensitivity, followed by the sweats, vomit a few times, and then eventually pass out. But it seems like plenty of people say that then pop a couple Advil or have a glass of water and then proclaim they are fine
