My experience-Stress + Sensory issues = pain

I have now been dealing with my migraine for 16 days. It started while I was at work and someone was dropping off a delivery and they had a squeaky wheel. I was in tears and actually fainted because my blood pressure bottomed out at 93/50. Thankfully my husband was right there and we went straight to an ER. I hate ER's because I work in one.

I just happened to have an appointment with Neuro that week. They've put me on a steroid blast that I'm almost done with. My migraine turned into a dull headache, and now it's flat out a migraine again. I don't know if it's because the ER has the heater on for some freaking reason even though it's almost 80 degrees outside, stress from school/home life, dealing with sensory issues, or what.

I just want this migraine to go away. They've put me on various medicine for my migraines over the last couple of years, and then they started to mimic strokes. That was a fun new symptom. Again, thankfully my spouse was there to take care of me. I'm tired, so, so tired, at this point of being in pain. My screen is on dark mode and turned all the way down, but I still am struggling with my research paper because the websites for my sources are so bright.
