My experience-Restlessness due to Iron & Folate Supplementation

After having symptoms like headache & numbness for some time. I got tested & found myself deficient in B12 so I started supplementation and felt immediate relief. But symptoms showed up again after 2 weeks so I got myself checked for folate, Iron & Ferritin Levels which all came out to be very low.

Supplementing Iron & Folic Acid together in a single tablet gave me restlessness in right Leg & Arm along with overall Low Energy. So I tried Folate separately both in form of Folic Acid & Methyl Folate but same thing happened. Then I tried all forms (Sulphate, Gluconate, Bisglycinate) of Iron separately but all of them resulted in same symptoms.

Is it normal? What should I do to overcome this? Or this could be because of some other deficiency?
