Things seem to be going downhill with my pain management. New insurance has denied both of my options for pain relief. Steroid pack to break a cycle of dailies I've been getting into worked for a few days but now they're back. Allodynia is spreading with my fibro so I'm having to multitask prioritizing each.

It's just hard to be doing EVERYTHING right and to still not have it be enough.

Going to try to do some CBT thought challenging and deep breathing (in addition to the meds I already took). But yeah. Frustration. Thought y'all would get it.
