My experience-Long time anxiety triggering chronic migraine?

When I search “anxiety” in this sub I see a lot of posts regarding the correlation between anxiety and migraines. But mostly about how migraines triggers anxiety, which I’m definitely familiar with.

But I’m wondering if there could be a correlation the other way around. I’m suspecting that my increased level of anxiety was the reason my migraines became chronic. I was diagnosed just months after my anxiety started

Do you think a more consistent anxious period in your life could be the reason for your migraines going from once a month to 25 a month? Is there hope to become better if my anxiety gets better?
